Submitting Ads for Our Membership Directory

AVAILABLE AD SIZES

  • • Full Page Ad: 3.75”w x 8”h
  • • Half Page Ad: 3.75”w x 4”h
  • • Quarter Page Ad: 3.75”w x 2”h

SUBMITTING FILES

  • • We cannot accept hard copies of ads – no business cards, printouts, etc. Your ad must be
    submitted in “camera-ready” (no alterations needed) digital format as a HIGH RESOLUTION PDF FILE.
  • • All colors and images should be CMYK. If your files are submitted using any other color standard, such as RGB or Pantone, they will be converted to CMYK during preflighting.
  • • Images should be 300 dpi and placed at 100 percent in the document
  • • The document size should be the same as the ad size.

WHERE SHOULD I SEND FILES?

NEED HELP DESIGNING YOUR AD?

If you don’t have a digital version of your ad, and don’t have a marketing person or employee who can design one, please reach out to one of our Waltham Local First members who can provide ad design services for you:  Red Spot Printing or TPI Solutions Ink. Typical graphic design services for run at the following rates:

  • • Cost: $50 – $100 depending on the size and complexity
  • • Lead Time: 2-3 business days on the design layout

Submit the following information to them and get started today:

  • • All copy, including any offers
  • • Logo files – EPS, AI, TIFF, JPEG, PSD (minimum 300dpi)
  • • All image files (photos, line art) – EPS, AI, TIFF, JPEG, PSD (minimum 300dpi)
  • • Indicate the size of the ad

WHEN SHOULD I SUBMIT MY AD?

  • Submit your finished ad copy and payment to WLF by March 31, 2022 to take advantage of early-bird pricing.
  • The final deadline for ad submission for the 2022 directory is Friday, April 29.
